About the Host

Over the past 35 years, Ken Sanginario has provided executive leadership and strategic advisory services to private middle market companies. He has developed and executed business improvement initiatives, turned around distressed operations, managed M&A transactions, valued companies, and secured equity and debt growth capital. Ken frequently speaks at regional and national conferences as well as private business owner events. His passion for teaching has led to the creation of numerous articles and podcasts on business value growth, corporate valuations, mergers & acquisitions, and turnaround management. His dedication to education also gave rise to the Certified Value Growth Advisor (CVGA) program, launched in 2015, which hundreds of seasoned advisors have completed to elevate their practices.

Ken holds several certifications, including Certified Value Growth Advisor (CVGA), Certified M&A Advisor (CM&AA), Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), and a master’s degree in finance (MSF).
